Meals on Wheels
Meals on Wheels provides nutritious meals and friendly visits to homebound seniors and individuals in our community who are unable to prepare meals for themselves. Woodlawn Baptist Church is honored to serve through this ministry by preparing and delivering meals on the 3rd Wednesday of each month.
Food Pantry
Bristol Emergency Food Pantry provides food assistance to individuals and families in need throughout the Bristol, Virginia and Tennessee area. Woodlawn Baptist Church partners with this ministry by collecting items and serving at the pantry on the 2nd Tuesday of each month.
Mission Projects
Woman's Missionary Union (WMU) is a ministry dedicated to praying for missions, supporting missionaries, and serving our community through hands-on mission projects and outreach opportunities. At Woodlawn, our WMU helps organize our church's mission projects throughout the year.
Samaritan's Purse
Operation Christmas Child is a ministry that shares God's love with children around the world through gift-filled shoeboxes. Throughout the year, Woodlawn Baptist Church collects items and packs shoeboxes to bring joy, hope, and the message of the Gospel to children in need.
Faith in Action
Bristol Faith in Action provides assistance and support to individuals and families in our community who are experiencing difficult times. Woodlawn Baptist Church supports this ministry through monthly monetary donations and is thankful for the opportunity to partner in serving our community.
Other Missions We Support
Woodlawn has a heart for missions and is committed to sharing God’s love by supporting ministries that serve those in need. We are blessed to partner with organizations such as Proverbs 3:27 Mission, Haven of Rest, Isaiah 117 House of Sullivan County, Good News Jail Ministry, Raceway Ministries, and many more.
