Children's Ministry

At Woodlawn Baptist Church, we believe children are a precious gift from God and that building a strong foundation of faith begins at an early age. Our Children’s Ministries provide a loving, safe, and welcoming environment where children can learn about God’s love, grow in their faith, and build lasting friendships.

Through Bible lessons, activities, music, fellowship, and special events, we encourage children to discover who they are in Christ and learn how to live out their faith. We are committed to partnering with families as we help children grow spiritually and develop a lifelong relationship with Jesus.

We invite children and families to join us as we learn, grow, and serve together. We offer a variety of opportunities for children to learn and grow in their faith, including Sunday School classes for all ages, Wednesday Night Bible Club, VBS and more.

XYZ Adult Ministry

XYZ is a ministry group at Woodlawn Baptist Church for adults age 50 and older who enjoy fellowship, friendship, and fun together. This group provides a wonderful opportunity to connect with others, share a meal, and enjoy meaningful times of encouragement and laughter.

XYZ meets the 4th Sunday of each month for food, fellowship, and fun, creating opportunities to build relationships and strengthen our church family. Whether you are a longtime member or new to Woodlawn, we invite you to join us and be part of this welcoming group!

Ladies Bible Study

The Ladies Bible Study at Woodlawn Baptist Church provides a wonderful opportunity for women to come together, grow in their faith, and strengthen their relationship with God and one another. Through Bible study, prayer, and meaningful conversations, ladies are encouraged and equipped to apply God’s Word to their daily lives.

Throughout the year, our ladies gather for studies that help deepen their understanding of Scripture while building lasting friendships and enjoying fellowship with one another. Whether you are new to Bible study or have been studying God’s Word for years, you are welcome to join us as we learn, grow, and walk together in faith.

Kindermusik / The Little Music Room

 Tuesdays at WBC

Woodlawn Baptist Church is pleased to provide a space for Kindermusik / The Little Music Room, an engaging early childhood music program that brings children and caregivers together through singing, movement, instruments, stories, and play.

Classes provide a joyful, nurturing environment where children can develop musical skills while also building confidence, coordination, language, social-emotional skills, and a love of learning. Families have the opportunity to make special memories together while learning and growing through music.

 We are grateful to partner with this wonderful program as it serves children and families in our community. Contact the church office to obtain information to schedule a class.
